Attorney Samantha Simmons Fredieu is an associate at Hale Carlson Baumgartner, PLC. Ms. Fredieu graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School where she was the symposium editor on the Vermont Law Review, a production editor on the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, and a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. She has clerked for both the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the civil division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office E.D.V.A. in Alexandria. After law school Ms. Fredieu completed a two year clerkship with Chief Judge Dennis J. Smith of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. She has special interest in trust and estate litigation and environmental law.
