Attorney Robert Baumgartner cites positive client interaction as a strong motivator in his decision to focus his practice on business and commercial law. Working with optimistic, upbeat, and intelligent entrepreneurs, banking representatives and business owners to create short and long-term business strategies comprises the heart of his current practice. Admitted to the Virginia bar in 1978 and to the District of Columbia bar in 1994, Mr. Baumgartner brings considerable experience to the practice of business and commercial law in Northern Virginia.
Attorney Scott Pohlman has developed his learning and employment opportunities to focus solely on business law and wealth management. His focus has remained consistent since being admitted to the Pennsylvania bar — representing business management and wealth preservation. Mr. Pohlman is also licensed to practice in New York and Virginia. Having managed large-scale construction projects and worked for family-owned businesses, Scott has particular insight into the issues and priorities of our firm's clients.
